Market Stall Bookings
Come and join us as a market stall holder and sell your wears at the Annual Lockyer Valley Billy Cart Derby. Market stalls range from 3x3 to 6x6 and larger on request. Location of the Derby is the Lake Apex Park Gatton next to the Information Centre and Truckies Memorial.
Copy of current insurance policy to be forward with application, (via email only) lockyervalleybillycart@gmail.com text messaging applications cannot be accepted.
Stall times will be from 7.00am (setup) to 9am no traffic movement from 9am to 4.00pm on Saturday the 7th of June 2025.
On completion of this application together with a copy of the vender’s public liability insurance policy, you will be advised on payment arrangements. Payment will be required by bank transfer only. By no later than Friday the 31st of May 2025 Booking is only finalized on receipt of application and full payment for the day.
Final day to register is Friday the 24 th of May 2025, no applications will be accepted after this date.
